Everything you want to know about pg987

Straight answers, no fluff — for newcomers and seasoned players alike

The pg987 receives many questions every day — about how to make a first Pix deposit, how long withdrawals take, how the welcome bonus works, which tournaments are available to bet on, whether you can play on mobile, and much more. This page brings together the most complete and up-to-date answers to help make your experience on the platform as smooth as possible.

If you just created an account, we recommend starting with the questions about Registration & Verification and Deposits. Already a member with a specific question about withdrawals or bonuses? Use the search bar above or go straight to the relevant category.

Please note that pg987 is an entertainment platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over who are residents of Brazil. All transactions are processed in BRL (R$), and deposits are accepted via Pix, boleto bancário, card, and other local methods — no currency conversion, no red tape.

Tip: use the search bar at the top of the page to quickly find any question by keyword — for example, "Pix", "withdrawal", "bonus", "2FA", or "self-exclusion".

Registration & Verification

Yes, creating an account at pg987 is completely free. There are no registration fees, monthly charges, or inactivity fees for the first 12 months. You only need to make a deposit when you're ready to start betting — and the minimum is R$ 20.00 via Pix. The process takes less than 2 minutes and can be done on your phone or computer.

No. To create your account, all you need is your full name, CPF, active email address, and mobile number with area code. Identity verification (KYC) — which requires a photo ID and proof of address — is only requested before your first withdrawal. That means you can sign up, deposit, and place bets before completing KYC.

No. pg987 allows only one account per CPF, email address, and device. Creating multiple accounts is considered a violation of our rules and results in all identified accounts being blocked. If you've lost access to your existing account, use the password recovery option or contact our support team.

Identity verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submitting your documents. During high-volume periods, it may take up to 48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your KYC is approved. To speed up the process, make sure to upload clear photos of your ID (RG or CNH) and a proof of address dated within the last 3 months.

No. pg987 is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. Age verification is carried out during KYC before the first withdrawal. Accounts identified as belonging to minors are closed immediately. Any suspicion should be reported to suporte@pg987.best.

Deposits

Go to the deposits section in your account dashboard, select Pix as the payment method, and enter the amount you want to deposit (minimum R$ 20.00). A QR Code will be generated — scan it with your banking app (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, or any other) or copy the Pix key and paste it into the app. Your balance appears in seconds, ready to use immediately.

Beyond Pix, pg987 accepts boleto bancário (credited within up to 2 business days, minimum R$ 30.00), Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards (instant, minimum R$ 20.00), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from Brazil's major banks — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil. All amounts are processed in BRL (R$), with no currency conversion or hidden fees.

The minimum Pix deposit is R$ 20.00. For boleto bancário, the minimum is R$ 30.00. The maximum amount per deposit and daily limits may vary depending on the payment method and your account verification level. Up-to-date details are available in the Deposits & Withdrawals. If you need custom limits, please contact support.

Pix deposits usually arrive within 2 minutes. If your balance hasn't shown up after 10 minutes, check your bank statement to confirm the payment went through. If it did, contact our support team via live chat and provide your payment receipt (including the time, amount, and destination Pix key). Our team will locate and manually credit the deposit within minutes.

Withdrawals

For accounts with completed identity verification (KYC), Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 10 minutes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. For accounts without KYC, the first withdrawal may take longer as verification is carried out at that point. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 50.00.

The minimum Pix withdrawal is R$ 50.00. The maximum per withdrawal and daily limit vary depending on your account verification level. Full and up-to-date information is available on the Deposits & Withdrawals. For withdrawals above a certain amount, the compliance team may request additional documentation.

Yes. For security and compliance reasons, the destination Pix key for withdrawals must be registered under the name of the pg987 account holder, using the same CPF provided at registration. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. If you've switched banks, make sure to register your new Pix key before requesting a withdrawal.

Withdrawals may be under review for up to 30 minutes during high-volume periods or when there are pending verification items. If your withdrawal is still pending after that time, contact us via live chat with your withdrawal request number and amount. Our team will look into it and get back to you right away. Withdrawals never expire and are never cancelled without notification.

Bonuses & Promotions

The welcome bonus is credited automatically after your first deposit. The bonus amount depends on how much you deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. The bonus is valid for Sports Betting, slots, and Live Casino. Before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus, you must meet the wagering requirement (rollover), which is detailed in the Terms and Conditions.

Rollover is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus + deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before it becomes available for withdrawal. For example: if the rollover is 5x and the bonus is R$ 100.00, you need to place a total of R$ 500.00 in bets. Cancelled bets, draws, and bets with very low odds may not count toward the rollover. The exact terms are in the Terms and Conditions.

During sign-up, at the password creation step, there is an optional field to enter a promotional code. If you received a referral or promotion coupon, enter it in that field before completing registration. After sign-up, some codes can be entered in the promotions section of your account dashboard — contact support if you have any questions about when and where to apply them.

Yes. All bonuses at pg987 have an expiration deadline to complete the rollover. The specific timeframe for each promotion is listed on the offer page and in the Terms and Conditions. If the rollover is not completed within the deadline, any remaining bonus balance is automatically removed — your real money deposit balance is not affected.

Sports Betting

pg987 covers more than 50 sports. For Brazilian bettors, the highlights are: football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League, Premier League), UFC/MMA with full cards, NBA, volleyball, NBB basketball, and e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, VALORANT, League of Legends, Dota 2). All available for pre-match and live betting, with alternative markets beyond just the match winner.

Cash out lets you settle a bet before the event ends — locking in part of your winnings or cutting a potential loss. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds. To use it: go to "My Bets" in your dashboard, find the bet you want, and click "Cash Out" if the button is available. Not all events and markets support cash out — availability varies for live and pre-match events.

Yes. Parlay bets (accumulators or multiples) let you combine two or more selections on a single ticket — the odds multiply, increasing your potential payout. To place a parlay, add your desired selections to your bet slip and the system will automatically calculate the combined odds and potential return before you confirm.

The live betting allow you to bet while a live event is in progress. Odds are updated every minute — or after every goal, point, or phase of play — reflecting exactly what's happening on the field. You can bet on the final result, next goal, exact score, and dozens of other markets in real time. Bet acceptance is instant, but odds can change quickly.

Yes. The e-sports covers CBLOL, CS2, VALORANT, League of Legends, Dota 2, and other international tournaments. You can bet on match winners, map handicaps, total kills, and other game-specific markets. Live betting is also available on major esports matches that are streamed.

Casino, Slots & Games

RTP (Return to Player) is the percentage of total wagered amounts that a slot returns to players over time, on average. An RTP of 96% means that for every R$ 100.00 wagered, the game returns R$ 96.00 on average — though this is calculated across millions of spins, not in a single session. On pg987, the RTP for each slot is available on the game's info screen before you start playing.

Live Casino streams European roulette, blackjack, and baccarat tables in high definition, with real dealers running the game from a studio. You place your bets through the pg987 interface while watching the live stream. Bets start from R$ 5.00 and results are certified by audited RNG systems. Available on both mobile and desktop.

Crash games are games where a multiplier starts at 1x and can "crash" at any moment. The goal is to cash out before the crash — the longer you wait, the higher the multiplier, but the greater the risk of losing your bet. At pg987, crash games accept bets starting from R$ 2.00. Each round lasts only a few seconds, making the gameplay fast and dynamic. Results are generated by a verifiable algorithm (provably fair).

European roulette has 37 numbers (0 to 36) with a single zero, giving the house an edge of approximately 2.7%. American roulette has 38 numbers with a zero and a double zero, raising the house edge to around 5.26%. At pg987, live European roulette is available in the Roulette, which offers better conditions for players compared to the American model.

Account & Settings

On the login, click "Forgot my password" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a reset link shortly — be sure to check your spam folder as well. The link expires in 30 minutes and can only be used once. If you don't receive the email or no longer have access to your registered email address, contact us via live chat for identity verification and manual account recovery.

After logging in, go to your account settings. Details such as email, phone number, and address can be updated directly. Changes to sensitive information (such as CPF) require contacting support and completing additional identity verification. For email changes, a confirmation link is sent to both the old and the new address.

To close your account, go to the responsible gambling settings and select the permanent self-exclusion option. The closure is final and irreversible — once confirmed, the same CPF cannot be used to create a new account on pg987. Any real-money balance will be returned via Pix to the account holder's CPF within up to 5 business days. If you need help with the process, please contact support.

pg987 is fully optimized for mobile browser access — Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Just visit pg987.best on your phone for the full experience: live betting, casino, slots, Pix deposits, and withdrawals — all as smooth as on desktop. No app installation required.

After logging in, go to your account dashboard and select "Bet History" or "Financial Statement". You can filter by period, bet type (sports, casino, slots), and status (won, lost, pending, cashout). The financial statement shows all deposits and withdrawals with the date, time, method, and status of each transaction.

Security & Responsible Gambling

After logging in, go to the security settings in your account dashboard and click "Enable 2FA". You can use SMS or an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy). 2FA adds an extra layer of protection — even if someone gets hold of your password, they won't be able to log in without the verification code. We recommend enabling 2FA on all accounts.

Go to your responsible gambling in your account dashboard. There you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in BRL. The limit takes effect immediately — once reached, no additional deposits are accepted until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect right away. Increasing one requires a 7-day waiting period to prevent impulsive decisions.

Self-exclusion blocks access to your account for a period of your choosing — temporary (1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or permanent (definitive and irreversible). During self-exclusion, you cannot log in, place bets, or make deposits. To request it, go to the responsible gambling settings in your dashboard and select "Self-Exclusion." Activation is immediate and cannot be undone before the period ends.

Reset your password immediately using the "Forgot my password" option on the login page — this will end all active sessions. Then, reach out via live chat or email suporte@pg987.best with the subject line "Suspicious Access". Our team will preventively lock the account, review the access history, and secure your balance. Enable 2FA once you regain access to prevent the issue from happening again.
